100% CONTROLLED PRODUCTION

Total traceability

Our matcha is harvested once a year at the end of May. By working exclusively with a single producer, we ensure complete traceability: each leaf is grown, harvested, and then processed into matcha directly on-site, with no middlemen involved.

Impeccable quality control

Every batch of matcha undergoes meticulous inspection: grain fineness, consistency of grinding, and uniformity of texture. High-quality matcha is characterized by an extremely fine powder, and every step is strictly controlled to ensure this standard is met in every batch. Our production facility is FSSC 22000 certified, the most rigorous international standard for food safety.

A bespoke tin

Designed without labels, our tins are conceived and manufactured in Osaka, following a 12-step process. Each tin is meticulously filled, weighed and sealed just a few hours after the matcha has been ground into powder, preserving its freshness and flavour to the utmost.
