Our Cherry Matcha is back!

From an early age, Andie was immersed in the world of matcha tea. In 2010, her mother introduced her to this tea, which she was presenting at various organic food fairs. Every morning, she would prepare some for Andie to help her concentrate better before school, a habit she has never lost.
A few years later, in 2013, Andie created her YouTube channel. Her community grows with her, driven by her natural charm and enthusiasm. Always with a matcha in hand for many years, she is nicknamed "Madame Matcha" by her subscribers.


After years of imagining it, Andie finally realises her dream of travelling to Japan. This immersion in Japanese plantations and traditions marks a turning point in her life.
Back in France, she has a revelation: to create her own brand of 100% Japanese matcha, with no concessions on quality, whilst challenging market conventions.
Beyond modernising the image of matcha, Andie's aim is to create a bridge between Japan and the rest of the world. The creation of a Tokyo-based company, an exclusive partnership with a local producer, the modernisation of existing facilities: every detail is designed to reflect Japanese culture and craftsmanship.
Milia Matcha a dream come true for me.
Matcha has always been a part of my daily life—a tradition passed down from my mother since I was a child: it’s a product I’ve come to know and understand, and one that I’m passionate about.
After tasting hundreds of matcha teas over the years, I felt the need to create my own recipe.

The name "Milia Matcha" pays tribute to Émilia, Andie's grandmother. The brand is built around a soft, feminine and minimalist universe. After more than a year of research and development, Milia Matcha launched in November 2023. The launch was an immediate success: several products sold out within hours. The adventure began with three matcha teas: Ceremony, Vanilla and Strawberry, and two accessories: the bamboo whisk and the electric whisk. Since then, the range has expanded with new flavours, new accessories and an ever-richer universe!
At Milia Matcha, every detail counts. We've chosen the Japanese Okumidori variety, renowned for its natural sweetness and absence of bitterness.
Our flavoured recipes are imagined and developed bespoke in Japan to enhance the matcha without ever altering it.
Designed without labels, our cans are imagined and manufactured in Osaka, following a 12-step process. Each can is unique!
Our matcha is grown in Mie Prefecture, Japan. This region is particularly renowned for its exceptional matcha: its mountains ensure that the plantations receive ample water throughout the year, even in summer, thanks to the area’s very humid climate. We decided to partner with a producer who has been in business for 62 years and who inherited the plantations from his father.
Our matcha is grown in Japan's Mie Prefecture, a region renowned for its rich soil and humid climate, ideal for tea cultivation.
We work with an independent producer, heir to a family plantation handed down for over 60 years.
By working with a single producer, we ensure total traceability: each leaf is grown, harvested and processed on site, with no intermediaries.
This commitment enables us to invest directly in developing plantations, modernising equipment and training local teams, in order to preserve the traditional know-how handed down from generation to generation.
Offering the best matcha possible at a fair price is at the heart of our approach.
Okumidori, because of its rarity and the care required to grow it, represents a true guarantee of excellence. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control, analysed by the independent laboratory Eurofins, guaranteeing the total absence of pesticides.
Thanks to our direct presence in Japan, we are as close as possible to the market and take care of every step of the process — our commitments: quality, exacting standards and transparency, at the fairest price.
