FAIR PRICING

Offering exceptional matcha at the fairest price is a strong commitment for us. We work exclusively with the Okumidori variety, one of the rarest and most precious in Japan, renowned for its natural sweetness without sugar or bitterness. This variety requires special care during harvesting and demanding expertise.

We work with an independent Japanese producer, heir to a family plot that has been passed down through several generations.
Together, we develop our bespoke recipes directly in Japan, adhering to rigorous quality control at every stage.

Our aim is to offer the finest matcha at the fairest possible price.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

At Milia Matcha, customer satisfaction and experience are paramount. Whether online, when ordering and receiving your parcel, or in person at our events, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience.

Our customer service team, managed internally by a permanent member of the Milia Matcha team, is available 5 days a week to answer any questions, assist our customers, and ensure their complete satisfaction.

At the same time, we also like to bring the Milia Matcha experience to life beyond the digital world: our pop-ups in Seoul, Tokyo, and Paris, as well as our permanent space in the beauty section of La Samaritaine, have been designed to allow you to discover our products, interact with our team, and immerse yourself in our world and our expertise.

MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE

Milia Matcha is committed to the non-profit organisation Rêves. Since its creation in 1994, its mission has been to make dreams come true for seriously ill children and teenagers.

For every order placed on the website, we donate €0.50 to the charity to help make children's dreams come true. Since Milia Matcha was founded, we have donated €70,000 to the charity Rêves (amount updated in November 2025).
